Based in Buckinghamshire, I am mum to two girls who manage to keep me on my toes and show me that the very best life skill is the ability to be able to laugh at yourself. This is something I (try to) practice on a daily basis.

I am passionate about art, theatre and film and enjoy any chance* motherhood allows to indulge in these past times.

Hi, I am Katy, founder of Dots & Crosses.

After more than 14 years working as an Executive Assistant in London, starting a family transformed my approach to work and the role it plays within my life. I launched Dots & Crosses to allow me to continue to provide the high level administrative support I excel at whilst also being able to maintain a flexible approach to work and create a new work/life balance.

I now provide dedicated, personal, administrative support for all levels of business and client. I have a strong background in event management and use my keen planning and organisation skills to assist with events of all sizes. I will work alongside you to help create the perfect wedding, conference or party and save you hundreds of man hours in the process.

I love to create personal relationships and thrive in a busy environment. The work I produce is done to the very highest standard and always within time and budget. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing how I can best help you achieve your goals.
